Quiche Lorraine

From Home Cooking Magazine

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup half and half
5 sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 tablespoons mustard
1 cup grated swiss cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 375

Combine ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife is inserted in center and comes out clean.
