Sweet Potato Casserole

3 cups canned sweet potatoes, drained
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Mix above ingredients with a mixer. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar (Works well with Splenda Brown Sugar blend)
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup flour

Mix together and sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

***Can also add 1 cup coconut to the topping***
