Recipe pictured was made using Fat Free/Sugar Free Cheesecake pudding mix, 1/2 cup caramel bits, 1/2 cup toffee bits
1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon wheat flour
1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup packed Splenda brown sugar blend
2 tablespoons Splenda sugar blend
1 small package instant pudding mix (Your choice of flavor depending on what kind of chips you use)
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cups chips (Butterscotch, Peanut Butter, or Chocolate)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix together the flour and baking soda, set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chips.
Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown.
