Recipe from The Charlotte Observer
1 package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 container of cool whip
1-1/2 cups sliced peaches
1 graham cracker crust
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, almond extract, and cool whip. Beat until smooth. Fold in sliced peaches. Pour into crust. Chill 6-8 hours or until firm.
