4 cups apples, cored and chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 375.
Place apples in a 9 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a separate bowl mix oats, brown sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of apples.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
