Peanut Butter Eggs

Recipe from Lyle Turner
16 oz peanut butter
3 pounds confectioners sugar
1 cup milk

Mix above ingredients. If the peanut butter mixture is really sticky add a little more confectioners sugar. Shape into eggs. Freeze overnight.
Melt 1 block vanilla (or chocolate) according to package directions. Dip eggs one at a time into vanilla. Place on wax paper to cool and set. Decorate as desired.

Notes:
*If decorating with vanilla in a piping bag only put a little in at a time. If you put too much in the bag it may harden before you finish.
*Second time I bought an egg mold at a cake shop to make sure all the eggs are the same size.
