Blue Cheese Pecan Popcorn

4 oz block blue cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1 bag popcorn, popped
1/4 tsp pepper

Freeze 4oz block blue cheese for 8-24 hours. Preheat oven to 325. In a small skillet melt butter over low heat. Add in chopped pecans. Cook, stirring often for 5-7 minutes or until lightly toasted. Pour popped popcorn in a 10x 15 jelly roll pan. Grate frozen cheese. Sprinkle oven popcorn. Toss with toasted pecans and 1/4 tsp pepper. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
