Parmesan Parsley Flatbreads

From Southern Living Magazine

1 can jumbo biscuits, separated
2 tbsp olive oil
Parmesan Cheese
Parsley
Salt
Pepper

Preheat oven to 400.

Pour olive oil onto baking sheet. Dip both sides of biscuit in olive oil and arrange on baking sheet.

Using fingertips press each biscuit into a 4-inch free form flat circle.

Sprinkle each biscuit with 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, 1-1/2 tsp parsley, pinch of salt, and freshly ground pepper.

Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into strips.
