Buffalo Chicken Dip



1 lb chicken breast, cooked, and chopped
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing or Blue Cheese (you can also do 1/2 ranch, 1/2 blue cheese)
3/4 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (also good with Mozzarella)

Directions: Combine ingredients in small crock pot, heat, and serve with tortilla chips

Time saver: Substitute 1 package precooked chicken breast strips for the chicken. Chop it up in the food processor. I used Butterball Grilled Chicken Breast Strips. It is by the lunch meat in the grocery store.
