Crumb Cake

For the cake:
1 package Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 package French Vanilla Instant Pudding
1/2 cup Crisco Oil
1 Cup Water
4 Eggs

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix the first five ingredients and pour into a greased 17x11x1 jelly roll pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

For the crumbs:
1-3/4 cups + 2 tablespoons sugar
3-1/4 cups + 2 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
3 sticks butter, softened

Mix crumb ingredients. Break off crumb pieces and place on cake. Sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
