3 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup crushed pecans
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
1 cup sugar
1 container Cool Whip
Fresh Fruit
Preheat oven to 300.
Beat egg whites until they peak. Slowly add baking powder, sugar, and almond extract. Fold in cracker crumbs and nuts.
Bake in 9 inch greased pan for 25 minutes. Cool. Top with cool whip and fresh fruit.
