Hashbrown Casserole


1 bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 stick of butter melted
1 block of shredded cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 cup sour cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 350

Mix ingredients using only half the cheese and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
