Broccoli Cornbread

1 block frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 box cornbread mix
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
3 large eggs, beaten
1/3 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp red pepper

Preheat oven to 375.

Combine ingredients. Pour into greased 8" square pan and bake at 375 for 25-30 min. or until golden brown. Cool slightly and cut into squares.

***This recipe may be doubled and put in 9x13 pan. Watch for golden brown.***
