Baked Almond Blackberry Steel Cut Oatmeal

1 cup blackberries
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup steel cut oatmeal
1/2 cup almond milk

Preheat oven to 400.

Spray small baking dish with cooking spray.

Place blackberries in dish.

Stir together extract, cinnamon, oatmeal, and milk in a cup. Pour over blackberries.

Bake for 30 minutes.
Makes 1 serving = 3 points
