1 Pear Apple, cored and diced
1/2 cup multi grain oatmeal
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp fat free caramel
Preheat oven to 400. 
Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray. Combine pear apple, oatmeal, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg in baking dish. Drizzle with caramel. 
Bake for 30 minutes.
