When your body isn't absorbing enough iron from the foods your eat, fatigue may set in. But this juice mix pumps you up with vitamin C, a nutrient that helps you process iron better.
I figured it was worth a shot!
1/2 pink grapefruit
Juice all the fruit together in a glass. Stir.
Makes 1 serving = 3 points
