Baked Black & Blue Steel Cut Oatmeal

1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup steel cut oatmeal
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp french vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 400.

Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.

Spread blackberries and blueberries in the bottom of the dish.

In a small cup stir together the oatmeal, milk, and extract. Pour over berries.

Bake for 30 minutes.
Makes 1 serving = 3 points
