Baked Peanut Butter Banana Steel Cut Oatmeal

Recipe adapted from Florida Coastal Cooking
1 banana
1/4 cup steel cut oatmeal
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp better n peanut butter

Preheat oven to 400. Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.

Slice half of the banana in the dish.

Combine oatmeal, almond milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Pour over sliced banana.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Slice remaining banana and place on top of oatmeal. Put peanut butter on top. Stir together and enjoy!
