Veggie & Mozz Pasta Salad

1 box pasta
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 c. broccoli florets, diced
1 1/2 c. grape tomatoes, halved
1 c. petite carrots, halved
1 green bell pepper, diced
12 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
1 bottle fat free Italian Dressing


In large pot, cook pasta according to manufacturers directions. Rinse with cold water. Toss with olive oil.


Toss pasta with vegetables and cheese. Slowly add in dressing. Toss and add more dressing as needed.


Chill until ready to serve.
