1 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup fat free buttermilk
1 tsp minced roasted garlic
Combine above ingredients in a mixing bowl with a fork.
Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full of batter.
Bake at 425 for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
***Makes 3 giant muffin cup biscuits. I baked them at 350 for 30-35 minutes.***
