Spinach & Artichoke Dip

6 cups baby spinach, chopped
1 block fat free cream cheese, cubed
1 8 oz container fat free sour cream
1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic salt

Combine above ingredients in crock pot. Heat for 4 hours on low, stirring occasionally.
