Overnight Cold Pumpkin Oatmeal

Inspired by Tribute to Oatmeal
1/2 cup Country Choice Multigrain Hot Cereal
1 yo crunch cheesecake yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup Blue Diamond Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 tbsp Sunsweet Antioxidant Blend
few shakes of pumpkin pie spice

Combine above ingredients in a cereal bowl. Refridgerate overnight. Eat cold in the morning.

Makes 1 serving: 4.5 points
