4 cups all-purpose flour1/4 cup
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
4 cups buttermilk
2 cups butter, melted
4 large eggs
1 cup strawberry puree
Heat waffle iron.
Whisk together dry ingredients in medium bowl, set aside.
Combine buttermilk, butter, eggs, and strawberry puree in mixing bowl. Add in dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Spray waffle iron with cooking spray.
Bake in waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
