Red Rice

Recipe adapted from My Recipes
1/2 cup salsa
1 can chicken broth
1 cup long-grain white rice

In a saucepan, bring the salsa and broth to a boil.

Add the rice; stir.

Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender, about 15 minutes.

Stir and serve.
